China Zhongshan (Europe) Enterprises Centre, established jointly by Zhongshan Municipal Government and Chinamex Holdings (Netherlands) BV, officially opened in Haarlemmermeer on 19 June, 2009. Mr. Zhang Daxing, Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Chinese Embassy attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech with Mr. Feng Yurong, Vice Mayor of Zhongshan and Mr. Suurbier, Vice Mayor of Haarlemmermeer. Around 100 representatives from Schiphol Group, ING Group, Sassaya Group and other enterprises were among the attendants.

In his speech, Mr. Zhang pointed out that China and the Netherlands are highly complementary and mutual beneficial in face of the spread of world financial crisis. The opening of Zhongshan (Europe) Enterprises Centre will contribute to our efforts to build consensus, strengthen confidence, deepen cooperation and overcome the international financial crisis.

China Zhongshan (Europe) Enterprises Centre will be a high-class platform for the enterprises of both sides, and will also be dedicated to provide excellent services of trade, techniques, brands and financial supports to the enterprises of Zhongshan and Europe.
