Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe H.E. Mr. Xin Shunkang attended the February 21 Movement of ZANU-PF to celebrate the 86th birthday of H.E. President Mugabe, which was held on 26th February 2010 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe's second largest city.
