On May 30, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Hongbo held talks with Joao Gomes Cravinho, visiting Portuguese Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. Both sides exchanged views on China-Portugal relations and international and regional issues of common concern.
