On November 12, 2009, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met separately with his Canadian and Australian counterparts Lawrence Cannon and Stephen Smith in Singapore. They exchanged in-depth views on bilateral ties as well as regional and international issues of common concern.
