A: We have taken note of the ruling made by the local court of Tokyo concerning the victims of the chemical weapons left by the Japanese in China.

During the Second World War, the invading Japanese troops used chemical weapons in Chinamany times and conducted tragic crimes against the Chinese people. Before they were defeated, they went so far as to leaving many chemical weapons in the Chinese territory, causing new harm to the Chinese people during the peaceful time. The Japanese government has inescapable responsibility to solve this question left over from the war.
