On October 26, 2008, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo met in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse with British Foreign Secretary David Miliband, who is here for the seventh Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM). Both sides exchanged views on Sino-British relations, as well as other international and regional issues of common concern.
