On September 10, 2009, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun met with Mayor of Podgorica, Montenegro Miomir Mugosa who was invited to China by the Beijing municipal government. Both sides exchanged opinions on the relations between China and Montenegro and the bilateral cooperation at local level.
