On January 19, 2010, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met with Afghan Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad Kabir Farahi, who is here in China to attend the commemorative activities marking the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Afghanistan. Both sides exchanged views on China-Afghanistan relations and other issues of common concern.
