On February 8, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying met with a delegation of Montenegro's Democratic Party of the Socialists (DPS) led by the Party's Vice President Zeljko Sturanovic. The delegation is visiting China at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. Both sides made positive comments on bilateral ties, pledging to commit to promoting bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas.
