At the invitation of Madam Wu Yi, Vice Premier of the State Council, Chair of the Chinese Organizational Committee of the Sino-Russian State Year, Mr. D.A. Medvedev, First Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Chair of the Russian Organizational Committee of the Sino-Russian State Year will pay an official visit to China from December 8th to 9th for talks on activities related to the State Year and bilateral relations.
