At the invitation of Foreign Minister Romulo of the Philippines, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will attend the ASEAN plus China, Japan and South Korea (10+3) Foreign Ministers' Meeting, the East Asia Summit (EAS) Foreign Ministers' Working Lunch, the Post Ministerial Conferences (PMC) Foreign Ministers' Working Lunch and ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Foreign Ministers' Meeting from July 31st to August 2nd in Manila, the Philippines.
