Special Representatives of China and India on the border issue will hold the 13th meeting in India from August 7 to 8. Mr. Dai Bingguo, State Councilor of China, and Mr. Narayanan, National Security Adviser of India, will attend the meeting and exchange views on the development of the Sino-Indian Strategic and Cooperative Partnership as well as international and regional issues of common interest.
