On December 15, 2009, Chinese President Hu Jintao returned to Beijing by special plane after successfully concluding his working visits to Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

Hu's entourage including Ling Jihua, member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, Wang Huning, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, and State Councilor Dai Bingguo arrived by the same plane.
