On May 14, Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Singapore’s Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs.

The two sides had friendly exchanges on joint efforts to combat scam and drug-related crimes, and affirmed the progress on law enforcement and security cooperation. Both sides are willing to work together to implement the consensus reached recently between the Ministry of Public Security of China and the Ministry of Home Affairs of Singapore, strengthen practical cooperation in the field of public security, and safeguard the high-quality development of bilateral relations.
