On November 18, 2016 local time, Chairman of Sinochem Group and Co-Chair of the Sustainable Development Working Group of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Ning Gaoning held a briefing for Chinese and foreign media at the press center of the Chinese delegation at the 24th APEC Economic Leaders' Summit, proposing policies and suggestions regarding the ABAC's work in 2016 to APEC leaders and answering questions on advancing the development progress of the Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific, boosting cooperation in energy security and among energy corporations, connectivity, digital economy and others. Deputy Director-General of the Information Department of the Foreign Ministry Wang Xining chaired the briefing.
