China and New Zealand Hold Consultation on Foreign Policies

On August 26, 2019, Vice Foreign Minister Zheng Zeguang co-chaired the consultation on foreign policies between China and New Zealand in Beijing with Chris Seed, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of New Zealand. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on respective domestic situation and foreign policies, China-New Zealand relations and international and regional issues of common concern. They agreed to continue to well implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, expand exchanges and cooperation in various fields, and promote the continued development of China-New Zealand comprehensive strategic partnership.
