Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu Mourns the Passing of Former President Jimmy Carter

On December 31, 2024, Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu went to the Embassy of the United States (U.S.) in China to mourn the passing of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter. Ma Zhaoxu extended deep condolences over the passing of former President Carter, and spoke positively of his important contributions to the development of China-U.S. relations and the friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
