On the morning of November 2, 2019 local time, Premier Li Keqiang met in Tashkent with Prime Minister Askar Mamin of Kazakhstan, who was attending the Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Government.
Li Keqiang expressed, China-Kazakhstan relations have maintained a good momentum of development. The two countries are highly complementary and have great potential for development. China is willing to promote bilateral cooperation in various fields to achieve sustainable development, constantly expand trade, and continue to deepen cooperation in energy, production capacity and other fields in accordance with market-oriented principles, so as to constantly elevate bilateral relations to new highs.
Askar Mamin said, Kazakhstan-China relations have maintained rapid development with bilateral trade volume constantly growing. There does not exist any problem between the two countries. The Kazakh side stands ready to strengthen cooperation in various fields with the Chinese side and promote bilateral relations to achieve more mutually beneficial and win-win results.
