On November 21, 2024, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Long Zhou met with new Russian Consul General in Shenyang Natalia Sergeevna RYZHKOVA, who assumes the new post in China, at the latter's request, and issued a Consular Certificate to her. The two sides agreed to work together to strengthen consular exchanges between China and Russia, promote personnel exchanges and sub-national cooperation, and contribute to the high-level development of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era.
