On December 15, 2016, Vice Minister Liu Zhenmin met with visiting Executive Secretary Lassina Zerbo of the Provisional Technical Secretariat (PTS) of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO). Both sides exchanged views on the work of the PTS, the certification of monitoring stations on nuclear-test-ban in China, cooperation between China and the PTS and other topics.
