On March 7, 2019, Director-General of the Department of Arms Control of the Foreign Ministry Fu Cong met with Executive Secretary of the Provisional Technical Secretariat of the Preparatory Commission of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization Lassina Zerbo in Vienna. Both sides exchanged views on the entry-into-force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), preparations for the implementation of the CTBT and other topics.
