On June 6, 2016, Director-General of the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Zhu Qingqiao held counterpart consultations in Beijing with Director of Asia, Africa and Oceania of the Foreign Ministry Alfredo Ramos of Colombia. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Colombia relations and relevant cooperation.
