On November 28, 2017, Director-General of the Information Department of the Foreign Ministry Lu Kang and Head of Information Division and Director of the International Press Center at the Foreign Ministry Ambassador Alberto Gonzalez Casals of Cuba held the first consultation between the Information Departments of the Foreign Ministries of China and Cuba in Beijing.
