Special Representative Qiu Xiaoqi spoke highly of the development of relations between China and Central American countries in recent years, stressing that Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras are China's trustworthy good friends and good partners for common development, and the friendship between the two sides has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and is flourishing.
