Recently, President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors in line with decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress:
I. Yu Jinsong (female) was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Morocco, replacing Li Changlin.
II. Chen Feng was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Romania, replacing Han Chunlin.
III. Jiang Xiaoyan (female) was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of North Macedonia, replacing Zhang Zuo.
IV. Zhang Zuo was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Malta, replacing Yu Dunhai.
V. Yang Shu was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Grenada, replacing Wei Hongtian.
VI. Sun Xiangyang was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Ecuador, replacing Chen Guoyou.
VII. Li Yongjie (female) was appointed Permanent Representative and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the World Trade Organization, and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other International Organizations in Switzerland, of the People's Republic of China, replacing Li Chenggang.
