From October 7 to 9, 2016, the 4th Arctic Circle Assembly was held in Reykjavik, Iceland. Special Representative for Climate Change Negotiations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Gao Feng led a delegation to attend the assembly and made remarks at the opening ceremony, expounding China's views on Arctic cooperation.
