On September 19, 2023, Director-General of the Department of Arms Control of the Foreign Ministry Sun Xiaobo held consultations on arms control and non-proliferation with Director for Defence and International Security at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office of the UK Stephen Lillie CMG in Beijing. The two sides had an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest and concern.
