On November 19, 2020, Director-General of the Arms Control Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fu Cong and Director for Defence and International Security at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom Samantha Job held the new-round consultation on arms control and non-proliferation via video link. They exchanged views on the issues of mutual concern, including regional hotspots, nuclear arms control, biological weapons, conventional arms, outer space, and cyber security.
