On November 28, 2025, Director-General of the Department of Arms Control of the Foreign Ministry Sun Xiaobo held a new round of consultations on arms control and non-proliferation with Head of the Directorate for Strategic Affairs, Security and Disarmament of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Guillaume Ollagnier in Paris. The two sides exchanged views on the international strategic security situation, arms control and non-proliferation, and other issues of common concern.
