On March 24, 2025, Vice Foreign Minister Chen Xiaodong met with outgoing Ambassador of Türkiye to China Dr. İsmail Hakkı Musa.

Chen Xiaodong appreciated Musa's contribution to promoting China-Türkiye relations during his tenure, saying that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Türkiye relations have continuously developed and practical cooperation in various fields has been increasingly deepened. Chen Xiaodong expressed the hope that Dr. İsmail Hakkı Musa will continue to care about and support the friendship between the two countries after leaving the post and returning to his country.

Dr. İsmail Hakkı Musa said that Türkiye attaches great importance to developing relations with China and is satisfied with the Türkiye-China relations and mutually beneficial cooperation across various fields in recent years. He sincerely thanked the Chinese side for providing convenience and support in performing his duties in China.
