On October 13, 2022, Director-General of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Liu Jinsong held a video meeting with Director-General for Asian and Oceanian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Takehiro Funakoshi.
