On the evening of September 10, 2023, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council returned to Beijing on a chartered plane after wrapping up his attendance at leaders' meetings on East Asia cooperation and official visit to Indonesia, and attendance at the 18th G20 Summit in India. State Councilor and Secretary-General of the State Council Wu Zhenglong, and other accompanying officials arrived on the same plane.

When Li Qiang left New Delhi, Indian Minister of State Shri Pankaj Chaudhary, among others, saw him off at the airport.
