Han Zheng noted that China and Kuwait are good friends and good partners. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and Emir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, China-Kuwait relations have made positive progress. China-Kuwait cooperation is highly complementary and has great potential. China is ready to work with Kuwait to upgrade bilateral practical cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. The competent authorities of the two countries can strengthen synergy and coordination, work in the same direction, and effectively advance the implementation of cooperation projects, so as to bring the China-Kuwait strategic partnership to a higher level.

Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah said that Kuwait values the friendship and mutual trust with China and is willing to work with China to actively implement the important common understandings reached by the two heads of state, advance bilateral cooperation projects at a faster pace, translate the high level of Kuwait-China relations into more tangible cooperation outcomes, and open up new prospects for bilateral relations.
