On November 25, 2025, Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for East China Sea and Yellow Sea Affairs Guo Yan and Director-General for International Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Hwang Jun-shik co-chaired the 14th round of talks of the China-ROK working group for negotiations on maritime delimitation in Incheon, the ROK. The two sides had a candid and in-depth exchange of views on issues related to maritime delimitation and agreed to hold the 15th round of talks of the working group at an appropriate time.
