On 26th March, H.E. Mr. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam went to the Russian Embassy in Brunei to extend his condolences to the  victims of deadly terrorist attack at a concert hall in Moscow Oblast.

Ambassador Xiao left a message in the condolence book, mourned for the victims and expressed to Russian Ambassador Mikhail Baranov his deep condolences for the victims and sincere sympathies to the injured and the bereaved families. Ambassador Xiao stressed that China opposes all forms of terrorism, strongly condemns terrorist attacks to the civilians.
