Miao Deyu made an in-depth presentation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), saying that the 20th CPC National Congress is a meeting that pools strength and calls for forging ahead in unity, a meeting that outlines a blueprint for development and rejuvenation, and a meeting that bears the world in mind and brings benefits to the world.
