On November 4, 2022, Director-General of the Department of External Security Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Bai Tian and Director Subakojoeva Ayzada Muratbekovna of the Second Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic co-hosted a video conference, and exchanged in-depth views on security work of Belt and Road cooperation projects between China and Kyrgyzstan.

Bai Tian briefed on the major achievements and significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), saying that the important purpose for China to hold the conference today is to implement the relevant guiding principles and plans of the 20th National Congress to manage security work of Belt and Road cooperation projects between China and Kyrgyzstan. Subakojoeva congratulated on the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress. She said that the 20th CPC National Congress would provide new impetus for China's development, and she believes that led by the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, the Belt and Road cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China and the development of bilateral relations will definitely embrace a brighter future.
