The two sides should make good use of platforms such as the China International Import Expo to expand economic and trade exchanges, pursue cooperation in emerging fields to foster new growth points for investment, and strengthen exchanges in education, culture, tourism and youth to build new bridges for people-to-people connectivity. In a changing and turbulent world, the two sides should jointly implement the four major global initiatives and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of developing countries.
