On March 15, 2024, Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Xue Bing held a group meeting with diplomatic envoys of countries in the Horn of Africa to China. All parties had an exchange of views on the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and promoting the implementation of the Outlook on Peace and Development in the Horn of Africa.
