Vice Foreign Minister Deng Li Has a Group Meeting with High-level Delegation from Central and Eastern European Countries

On October 14, 2024, Vice Foreign Minister and Secretary General of the Secretariat for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Deng Li had a group meeting with a high-level delegation from CEEC.

Deng Li said that China-CEEC cooperation has focused on practical cooperation and achieved fruitful results over the past 12 years since its initiation, bringing tangible benefits to the people of China and CEEC, and, together with bilateral relations and China-Europe relations, becoming one of the three major engines driving the development of China's relations with CEEC.

Deng Li expressed the belief that through this visit, members of the delegation will further deepen their understanding of China, and gain new insights into and put forward good ideas and suggestions on China's development goals, how CEEC can deepen cooperation with China, and constantly enhancing and solidifying China-CEEC cooperation.

Members of the delegation from CEEC spoke highly of the development of China's relations with CEEC, saying that they will continue to actively support and participate in China-CEEC cooperation and further promote the friendly and mutually beneficial cooperative relations between CEEC and China.
