On December 13, 2024, Special Envoy on Afghan Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Yue Xiaoyong held talks with visiting Head of the Department of Strategic Studies and Special Envoy on Afghan Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sharaf Rahimi in Beijing, and they had an in-depth exchange of views on issues of common interest and concern.
