On May 24, 2025, Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Xue Bing, upon invitation, attended the reception hosted by the African Diplomatic Corps in China to celebrate the 62nd Africa Day in Beijing.

Special Envoy Xue Bing extended festive greetings to African diplomatic envoys in China and engaged in friendly exchanges with them on strengthening China-Africa solidarity and cooperation under new circumstances, as well as accelerating the implementation of the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. African diplomatic envoys in China highly commended the development of Africa-China relations, expressed gratitude for China's long-term assistance and support to African countries, praised China as a trustworthy partner of Africa, reaffirmed their firm support for the one-China principle, and expressed their willingness to further enhance exchanges and cooperation with China in various fields.
