On November 3, 2026, Assistant Foreign Minister and Director-General of the Protocol Department of the Foreign Ministry Hong Lei accepted respectively the copies of credentials presented by newly-appointed Ambassador of Seychelles to China Jacqueline Moustache-Belle and newly-appointed Ambassador of Estonia to China Riina Kaljurand. The two ambassadors arrived in China on September 20 and October 16 respectively.
