Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hong Lei announces:

At the invitation of President Abdul Fatah Al-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Minister of Culture Luo Shugang will attend the completion ceremony of the new Suez Canal to be held in Egypt on August 6 as the special envoy of President Xi Jinping.
