Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying announces:

At the invitation of Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, Vice Premier Wang Yang of the State Council will attend the first Eastern Economic Forum and hold the first meeting of the Regional Cooperation Council of North-East China and the Russian Far East in Vladivostok, Russia from September 3 to 5.
