At the invitation of Mikhail Babich, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Volga Federal District, State Councilor Yang Jiechi will travel to Ulyanovsk, Russia for the first meeting of the council of cooperation between the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Volga Federal District from July 18 to 20.
