Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying announces:

Vice Premier Ma Kai of the State Council will join British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond for the 8th China-UK Economic and Financial dialogue in the UK and French Finance Minister Michel Sapin for the 4th China-France High-Level Economic and Financial Dialogue in France from November 8 to 14.
