Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying announces:

Invited by the Zimbabwean government, Gu Shengzu, President Xi Jinping's special envoy, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and executive vice chairman of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, will attend the funeral of former Zimbabwean President Mugabe on September 14 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
