Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying announces:

At the invitation of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the People’s Republic of China, To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and State President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam will pay a state visit to China from August 18 to 20.
