At the invitation of Turkmenistan, President Xi Jinping’s Special Envoy and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Peng Qinghua will attend the High-Level International Forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust to be held in Turkmenistan on December 12.
